The EverGuard method fixes the tile and mortar layers to the structure using special dedicated anchors and covers the tile surface with a highly transparent acrylic resin, reinforced with special fibers to enhance coating strength. This method prevents detachment while maintaining the aesthetic design of existing tiles.
A special resin that is resistant to discoloration
We use 'EverGuard F' as the main material, a fiber-reinforced transparent acrylic resin that combines special fibers with highly weather-resistant and discoloration-resistant acrylic resin to enhance resin strength. This coating preserves the appearance of the tiles while maintaining their aesthetic appeal over a long period.
Texture-creating topcoat
The main issue with using high-coverage organic materials is the surface gloss. EverGuard addresses this by offering three types of topcoats with different levels of sheen, allowing for a texture that closely matches the existing tiles.
