This Basic Information Security Policy establishes the fundamental principles of information security for Sugitec Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and is defined as follows.

5.Response to Violations and Incidents
Our company will appropriately address any violations of laws, contract breaches, and incidents related to information security, and will strive to prevent recurrence.
